The first stop on the New York State tour takes us to the largest park in the state: Darien Lake. Among the seven coasters in the park, you'll find the highly rated Ride Of Steel as well as the unique MotoCoaster, not to mention the surprisingly-awesome custom Arrow coaster Viper. Add a slew of rather unique flats and a new water park, and you've got an all-day park visit.

Theme Park Urge has just returned from an extensive tour of New York state and the Great Lakes - seven destinations in seven days. Stops included Darien Lake, Waldameer, Sylvan Beach, Great Escape, Seabreeze, the Carousel Museum, Martin's Fantasy Island, and Niagara Falls. Busch Gardens Tampa

One of the most popular parks in the country get its first visit in five years. Python's gone, but SheiKra more than makes up for it. Add Jungala and Cheetah Chase to the additions, and the park seems even better than remembered. Let's face it: Busch Gardens Tampa has three world-class steel coasters that offer tons of thrills, not to mention a classic Schwarzkopf that never goes out of style!

That's right!! Two days at the sweetest park means that two parts were needed for all of the pictures. Tons of spectacular images of Fahrenheit, Storm Runner, Great Bear, SooperDooperLooper, Sidewinder, Wildcat, etc. can be found here. Over 400 pictures made the cut!!

Camden Park

Camden Park is the only operating theme park in the entire state of West Virginia. Naturally, Theme Park Urge had to drop by to check out the Big Dipper roller coaster, some classic flats, the funkiest log flume, and one of the coolest dark rides around.

Spend a day at this fantastic free-admission park that has a ride or attraction around every corner. Oh yeah, they also have the Phoenix roller coaster: one of the best in the land!

Lakemont Park & The Island Waterpark

Many rare rides adorn Lakemont Park, including the world's oldest roller coaster: Leap The Dips. This 100-plus-year-old side-friction coaster is the last of its kind still standing. That alone is reason enough to make the trek to Altoona, PA.

An in-depth look at Idlewild, Soakzone, and Storybook Forest. There wasn't enough time in the day to fully enjoy this quaint park nestled in the woods. What Idlewild lacks in thrills, it makes up for with charm!

It appears that the Sea Dragon roller coaster has had a hard time opening this year, according to a park source. In fact, yellow and orange markers can be seen tied around supports throughout the coaster's structure. Could this spell the last days for this 50-plus-year-old ACE Coaster Classic?!?
